Place the device in its original manufacturer box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
